Carrie Ferrante has been working in film and theater for the better part of her life. Along with acting in over a dozen theater productions & short/independent films, she's also written and directed several films and plays. She wrote and asst. directed 'Super/Heroes', which appeared at such film festivals as NewFilmmakersNY & continues to travel the festival circuit. Her main passions are directing, production design, and screenwriting. She was art director for Robert La Rosa's 'End of the Great American Businessman' & Marc Riou's 'Black Dawn' (as well as being 2nd asst. director), production manager/location manager for Nugent Cantileno's 'Tilt of a Rose', and makeup effects artist on Alan Holloway's 'La Misfit'. She graduated with a BFA in Film with Honors/Merit Fellowship, Magna Cum Laude, in May. This is her Thesis film.

Joshua Paige graduated from C.W. Post with a BFA in Film in May 2011. Along with establishing a firm love for directing he has also developed talents in writing and editing. He has collaborated with this crew many times, including directing the films 'Pictures of You' and 'Super/Heroes', both scripted by his partner, Carrie Ferrante. He completed his own Thesis in spring 2011, the psychological thriller 'Raw Umber' starring 'Us & Them' cast member Steve White. He also produced 'Black Dawn'. Joshua is currently freelancing at NBC Studios in New York.

Marc Riou has emerged as one of the premier student cinematographers at C.W. Post, directing and assisting on photography in over 15 short films during the last three years alone. Along with cinematography he is proficient in film editing, special effects, and lighting design. This year he also wrote, directed, and shot his Thesis film, 'Black Dawn'; and has completed photography on 'The End of the Great American Businessman', 'Tilt of a Rose', and 'La Misfit'.
Alan Holloway - Sound Designer
Alan "Goggles" Holloway has become over his last three years at C.W. Post one of the foremost sound designers in the film program. He specializes in sound recording and foley work, and has accomplished much in the fields of sound editing and music recording. He was also the president of the P.A.G.E.S club at Post and has wrapped sound work on Robert La Rosa's Thesis, Marc Riou's Thesis film, as well as his own along with writing and directing- 'La Misfit'.

Robert La Rosa brings his unique vision to every project he works on. In addition to gripping and editing he also writes, directs, and sometimes produces; he took the helm of a short film released in mid-2011, 'Fall'. He also edited the film 'Super/Heroes' and is in post-production for his own Thesis film that he wrote, directed, and edited, 'The End of the Great American Businessman'. Along with working on this film, he produced and edited 'Tilt of a Rose', production managed/gripped/AC-ed on 'Black Dawn' and ACed/gripped on 'La Misfit'.
Nugent Cantileno - Production Manager, Location Manager

Nugent Cantileno is equally devoted to film production and journalism and studied both at C.W. Post. He has held jobs in both fields, including as an intern with Fox News Channel on multiple shows and on the red carpet, and as a production assistant in the award-winning Tony Kaye film 'Detachment'. He is an organized and take-charge producer and oversaw all production on 'Super/Heroes' and Robert La Rosa's Thesis. He also location managed 'Black Dawn'. He recently wrote and directed his own Thesis film: 'Tilt of a Rose', which was selected for LIU Post Film Outreach.
Ryan Campbell - Asst. Camera, Sound, Grip
Ryan Campbell is going into his third year at C.W. Post and has demonstrated an extraordinary amount of talent and dedication to the filmmaking craft. He assisted on the film 'Fall' his freshman year, took on many jobs in Robert La Rosa's Thesis film 'The End of the Great American Businessman', and worked on 'Black Dawn', 'Tilt of a Rose', and 'La Misfit'. Ryan's simply the best to have on set, and has a bright future on campus and beyond.
Luke Paige - Score Composer
Luke Paige, now attending City College of NY to study music, previously composed the scores to both 'Super/Heroes' (Loomings Award winner for Best Score, Non-Thesis Film) and 'Raw Umber', as well as contributing original songs to both, including the memorable end montage/credits song "Tilling" to 'Super/Heroes'. Luke has participated in many bands, music groups, and studio collectives, and intends on parlaying his love and devotion to music into a successful career. He currently has a studio internship.
Kortney Gloska - Set Photographer

Kortney Gloska is a New York based photographer and is also a 2011 graduate of C.W. Post with a BFA in Photography. Her senior project, titled "Eyes Wide Shut", featured a series of photographic portraits of New York City tourists and lifers alike. She is currently working as a freelance photographer specializing in portrait photography with modern and classical techniques, and is a fashion photographer for Hirshleifers. She did additional photographic editing work for Nugent Cantileno's 'Tilt of a Rose'.
Matthew Becker - Graphic Designer

__Matthew Becker is a 2011 graduate of the Graphic Design program at C.W. Post. His Thesis project included designing and creating a beer distributor label, menu, and mock-brewery, which received much acclaim. Matthew previously crewed on 'Pictures of You', was the graphic designer/set photographer for 'Super/Heroes', and did some set photography for 'The End of the Great American Businessman'. He now works as a freelance graphic artist at a New York City advertising firm.

Professor Lisa Robinson works as a screenwriter and director. Her writing includes 'Mind Blast,' an IMAX film for the Blue Man Group that is currently in pre-production. She is also the co-writer & director of 'Sparks,' a web-based serial about humans and technology that is syndicated by the Sundance Channel. She has written and directed three short films that have screened at film festivals around the world including Cannes-Directors Fortnight and Telluride. Currently her feature 'Small, Beautifully Moving Parts' is being screened at festivals across the country, premiered at SXSW and won the 2011 Sloan Feature Film Prize. The film is available on Netflix Instant Streaming and DVD.
